- National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC), Washington D.C.- age-friendly banking, Fleeced: Speaking Out Against Senior Financial Abuse documentary; aging in community, healthy communities, and conference workshop design and implementation.
- New Jersey Community Capital, New Brunswick, NJ- Advice and design for healthy communities fund. Partnership consultant for Cornerstone Initiative involving five organizations working together to develop shared equity housing initiatives in Essex County, New Jersey.
- Chicanos Por La Causa, Phoenix, Arizona- Planning a symposium on Maryvale Health and Housing Initiative and program recommendation for aging in community.
- World Institute on Disability, Berkeley, CA- helped design and secure a pilot grant from JP Morgan Chase for Career Access Initiative designed to allow adults with disabilities to maintain benefits will advancing their career.
- YouthBuild Newark- Designed a multi-year partnership affordable housing and workforce development partnership between YouthBuild Newark and New Jersey Community Capital.
- Janus Solutions. Hopewell, New Jersey- designed an asset building strategy for Family Success Centers and researched healthy community practices in cities throughout the U.S. for then Major Cory Booker under contract.
- Prosperity Now, formerly CFED, Washington, D.C.- research and wrote a paper on IDA network, planned workshops for IDA and asset building learning conference, and developed technical assistance strategy for Assets for Independence (AFI) initiative at HHS/OCS.
- Capital Impact Partners, Arlington, VA- served as consultant to help launch National Disability Institute (NDI) through identifying partners, asset building strategy including community tax coalitions, community development finance, and community development partners.
- Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, Flint, MI- contracted with to work with Center for Law and Social Policy to research, identify, and write about innovative strategies for employers to offer public benefits to improve the financial well-being of their employees A report was published and widely disseminated
- Local Initiative Support Corporation, Cincinnati, Ohio- merged two CDCs in the Over-The-Rhine neighborhood in Cincinnati and co-authored an article titled “ A Merger Among Equals.”
